HArmonyCa is the first hybrid injectable from Allergan Aesthetics to combine both in a single syringe, delivering immediate volume from HA and long-term collagen remodeling from CaHA — an effect no single-molecule filler can replicate.

Is HArmonyCa™ painful? +
HArmonyCa is pre-mixed with 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride to reduce discomfort during the injection. Most patients describe the procedure as well-tolerated. Topical numbing cream is also available at both our Calgary and Edmonton clinics for additional comfort.
What’s the recovery time after HArmonyCa™? +
Most patients return to normal activity the same day. Mild swelling and possible bruising at injection sites typically settle within 48 to 72 hours. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat for 24 to 48 hours after treatment.
