After attaining her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Genetics at the University of Alberta, Dr. Tran went on to complete her Medical Degree and her Family Medicine residency at the University of Calgary. She has also completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology (PgDip) with Distinction from Cardiff University.

She feels fortunate to have had a diverse medical career as a family physician, a hospitalist, a preceptor for medical students and residents, and an ER/urgent care doctor. Her wide range of experience has allowed her to gain expertise in office surgical procedures, diagnosis of acute dermatological conditions, and management of chronic skin disorders. For the past decade, she has been focused on honing her skills in the provision of injectables, both for aesthetic and therapeutic purposes.

Dr. Tran believes in and is a strong advocate of preventative medicine. She has a passion for both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is dedicated to understanding her patients’ needs to help foster their confidence and well-being.
