Dr. Christian Cheung, MD, CCFP(EM), was born and raised in Vancouver, proudly calling the city his "forever" home. He completed his medical school training at the University of British Columbia (UBC), followed by a family practice residency in Toronto, before returning to Vancouver to specialize in emergency medicine.

With over 22 years of experience as an emergency physician, Dr. Cheung has worked in one of the busiest emergency rooms in Canada, handling everything from resuscitating patients in cardiac arrest to treating broken bones. His extensive experience in emergency medicine has enabled him to care for patients from all walks of life, often in challenging and unique situations.

In addition to his work in emergency medicine, Dr. Cheung has spent the past seven years honing his expertise in aesthetic medicine. Specializing in injectables such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, he enjoys the diversity aesthetic medicine brings, allowing him to combine his medical skills with artistry.

Dr. Cheung’s philosophy in aesthetics, as in life, revolves around balance and harmony. He approaches each patient as a partner on their aesthetic journey, working together to achieve results that enhance their natural beauty rather than altering their identity. His goal is always to help patients look like the best version of themselves.

One of the highlights of his aesthetic practice is reconnecting with returning patients. Dr. Cheung cherishes these relationships, often likening the visits to catching up with old friends. He feels fortunate to witness their aesthetic progress and share in moments of laughter, which he considers essential to both life and his work.

Outside of his medical career, Dr. Cheung is a proud and busy single father by choice to two beautiful daughters, who are the center of his world. Balancing fatherhood with his professional life has been his greatest challenge but also a source of immense joy and laughter.
