Dr. Grenvil Gracias, MD, CCFP-EM received his Family Medicine degree from the University of Alberta in 2015 and was selected as Chief Resident during his residency training. He then completed additional Emergency Medicine training at the University of Calgary, where he was also Chief Resident in the program. He is currently a clinical lecturer at the University of Calgary and enjoys teaching medical students and residents. Having worked as an ER physician for 7 years, he gained significant experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating acute and severe dermatological conditions. He also developed extensive experience and expertise in surgical skin procedures and techniques over this time period.

Through his own personal journey and experiences, Dr. Gracias developed a special passion for skin disease and overall skin health. He went on to obtain his post-graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology (PgDPD) through the University of Cardiff, where he graduated with distinction, and has since transitioned his practice into outpatient clinical Dermatology. He has a keen interest and passion for medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and offers extensive knowledge in these areas. He possesses an excellent attention to detail and is known to be a perfectionist in his procedural work.

Dr. Gracias is especially skilled and trained in surgical skin procedures, laser therapy for skin lesions, and cosmetic skin injectables. He takes his time with each of his patients to ensure the best treatment options are available, using his keen artistic aesthetic eye along with addressing his patient’s concerns. He values being able to make each of his patients feel happy, confident, and comfortable in their own skin while delivering beautiful, refreshing, natural-looking results. He is committed to the well-being and best interest of his patients and has a reputation for building a genuine and trusting relationship with each of them.

Dr. Gracias is an active member of both the Primary Care Dermatology Society of Canada and the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine.
