Biography
Dr. Rebeca Pinca is a medical and cosmetic dermatologist who is passionate about skin health and the well-being of her patients. She received early admission to medical school at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and subsequently completed a 5-year Dermatology residency. She is dual-board-certified as a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Pinca is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Dermatology and Skin Science at UBC and is actively involved in teaching medical students and dermatology residents. Her clinical interests include medical dermatology topics, such as skin cancer, acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis, as well as cosmetic dermatology concerns like signs of sun damage, injectables, and laser treatments.
